Hello, I am Dr. Juan Manuel Tapia, a Surgeon graduated from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, with a specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). I have a subspecialty in joint surgery, arthroscopy, and sports injuries, with national and international training.

I completed two clinical-surgical fellowships in joint surgery:

* Shoulder Unit – Clínica CEMTRO, Madrid, Spain

* Shoulder and Knee Surgery – AANA, Chicago, Illinois, United States

With over 7 years of experience, I specialize in the diagnosis and minimally invasive surgical treatment of the main joint injuries, in recreational patients, high-performance athletes, and older adults.

* Knee, shoulder, and hip prosthetic surgery

* Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction
