I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal, sports, and orthopedic injuries. I treat people with back, knee, shoulder, or neck pain, as well as those looking to recover after surgery or return to training without discomfort.

My approach combines active physiotherapy, manual therapy, and individualized therapeutic exercise, with the goal of restoring movement and function without relying heavily on passive treatments or medication.

I work with athletes, people who spend a lot of time in front of the computer, and older adults who seek to remain functional and with less pain.

I firmly believe that physiotherapy should help you understand your body, not just relieve pain. That's why, in each session, I explain the origin of the problem and teach you specific exercises to help you progress faster.

I also perform functional movement assessments for injury prevention and progressive strengthening programs according to your goals (sports performance, mobility, or post-surgical recovery).
