The important thing is not that you go with the best psychologist, because the best and the worst are relative to the moment you are living. The important thing is your desire to be you, the best of your life. And in that; yes, I can accompany you. For 16 years, what I am most passionate about is living, and every day when I wake up I can live, I can have the opportunity to do more than I did yesterday, the day before yesterday, or a year ago. And if you want to turn your life into the best version of yourself, then make an appointment as soon as possible, don't leave for tomorrow what you will achieve today. What I can write about myself in these lines is not as relevant as what you will write about yourself and why you will hire me as your therapeutic guide. Something you should know about me is that I have a degree in Psychology from ITESO. After years of practice, I studied a master's degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. As I have practiced this career, I studied a diploma in Mindfulness at the Instituto Jalisciense de Psicoterapia Cognitivo Conductual (IJPCC), then I was certified in NLP and Health with Suzie Smith. After a few months, I studied connections with Robert Dilts and Steven Gilligan. With all this professional experience, in 2021 I obtained the certification in Ericksonian Hypnosis. I continued with a diploma in Contextual and Behavioral Interventions, which has allowed me to acquire tools to intervene precisely towards self-harming behavior and disorders such as (borderline, obsessive-compulsive, psychotic, among others). I have some other studies, which complement the master's degree and the bachelor's degree I practice. I am passionate about joy, living positively, innovating, generating life alternatives and changes. It will be a pleasure to accompany and guide you in setting new goals and objectives for your life, just as I have had the opportunity to accompany various people in various circumstances. The last thing I can tell you is that the life you have and what happens in it depends entirely on you, and now you can reach as far as you choose to reach and achieve whatever you want to achieve.
