My goal is to offer a space where your story and well-being are the most important, where together we find a way to generate lasting change that allows you to live in harmony between what you think, feel, and desire, always respecting your pace and empowering your resources.

I trained professionally as a psychologist at the University of Guadalajara, with a Doctorate in Psychology from the National University of Colombia, and I am currently a Master's student in Relational Clinical Therapy. I have complemented my training with professional academic experiences at the University of Seville (Spain) and the Konrad Lorenz University Foundation (Colombia).

I trust in the abundant richness of human beings and in their capacity to transition from a state that generates discomfort to one in which, in a less painful and faster way, they can live in connection with their emotions through healthy and satisfying affective relationships.

I have experience in both private and public consulting in issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, relationship problems, difficulties in social bonding, psychological abuse, and work stress. My work philosophy consists of fostering a horizontal dialogue where active listening, respect, and joint construction are the central axis for establishing therapeutic objectives.
