I accompany young people, adults and the elderly to reconnect with their mental health, their human potential, and a healthier lifestyle. The opinions of some of my patients confirm my attentive listening attitude, making them feel confident, the conservation of professional secrecy, and the importance of evaluating the emotional, family, work, spiritual, cognitive, and even educational spheres. As a clinical NeuroPsychologist graduated from UNAM, I combine my knowledge of Psychology (UDLA) with experience in pre-hospital medicine, which has led me to help people in crisis, traumatic events, loss of mental abilities, grief, stress, and anxiety. I see patients in other countries in consultation, who speak English, Spanish, or Italian. I also conduct psychological evaluations for various purposes and reports to authorities. You have the freedom to decide your treatment and its length, from the first sessions. I am here to accompany you and provide you with tools that will serve you in daily life, not just in the psychologist's office. I offer play therapy for children and adolescents to reduce tension and express what cannot be said in words through actions.

    About Medical Conditions & Treatments

How many ketamine treatments for depression?

Ketamine treatment for depression typically involves an initial series of 6-8 infusions over 2-4 weeks, administered by qualified psychiatrists in Mexico. The exact number varies based on individual response and severity of symptoms. Our English-speaking psychiatrists provide ketamine therapy following international protocols, with each session lasting 40-60 minutes under medical supervision. Most patients experience improvement after 2-3 treatments, with optimal results after completing the initial series. Maintenance treatments may be scheduled every 2-6 weeks depending on your response. All ketamine treatments in Mexico are conducted in accredited medical facilities with proper monitoring equipment and emergency protocols.

    Is anxiety a disability?

Anxiety can qualify as a disability when it substantially limits major life activities such as working, socializing, or performing daily tasks. In Mexico, anxiety disorders may qualify for disability benefits through IMSS or private insurance when properly documented by qualified psychiatrists. Our English-speaking mental health specialists provide comprehensive evaluations to determine disability status, including functional capacity assessments and detailed documentation of how anxiety impacts work performance and daily functioning. We help expatriates and travelers navigate both Mexican and international disability systems, ensuring proper medical documentation meets all requirements for successful disability claims and workplace accommodations.
