I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and yet was seen nearly an hour late, despite the consultation having been rescheduled days earlier at the clinic's request. I understand there is high demand, but overbooking is not the patient's responsibility; if time is insufficient, they should expand their schedules, especially for a private consultation. There was a lack of organization: the electrocardiogram I brought, previously requested through the platform and WhatsApp, went missing and was not delivered to the specialist, which prevented a proper review. During the consultation, the professional was distracted, using her cell phone and conversing with other people, without conducting a proper medical history or providing clear explanations. Additionally, reception staff entered without clarifying their role, while I was in a hospital gown during an examination, which was uncomfortable. I felt unheard and consider that the care lacked professionalism and respect.
