There are two women working there, one of whom is obviously a doctor and performs eye exams, the other appears to be the manager. Both know less about eyeglass frames than any layman. When I picked up my glasses and put them on, I looked at them and asked if they fit properly, to which both responded affirmatively. At home, I noticed the glasses were crooked. The two lenses didn't fit properly in the frames. They were probably not ground enough and therefore too large. When I forced them into the frames, they became deformed. The two women didn't even notice. When I went back to adjust the frames, they couldn't do anything. They sent the glasses back to me so they could sand the lenses down. But the frames were still deformed. When I pointed this out, the two women were again unable to find anything wrong. They sent the glasses back to have the frames replaced. It was an acetate frame, which can usually be bent even with your own hands without professional equipment if you have some knowledge, which is not the case with these two ladies.
