"I’m traveling from the US for an extended period of time and met with Dra. Mariana so I can continue my treatment plan for an existing diagnosis and receive the medications I need. Dra. Mariana took time to understand my medical history and needs. She helped me understand my options and included me in decisions about my treatment plan. She is genuinely kind and communicates well, and made transitioning my treatment plan really easy. I’m grateful to work with her and relieved to be getting the care I need."

"Dr Santos has an incredible bedside manner, I felt very comfortable right away—would highly recommend him for patients with anxiety. His English is top-notch. I’d compare it to staff at luxury hotel that caters to US visitors. If your Spanish is still beginner-level, like mine, this is invaluable. He was extremely responsive and proactively facilitated the appointment, which was very helpful in coordinating before arrival in Mexico so that I could hit the ground running. If you are new to Mexico and still learning the language, Dr. Santos is a godsend."

As of early 2026 Vyvanse is slowly coming back to the Mexican market, it has been back-ordered for 5 years. Lemery the company that is now making the generic of vyvanse has finished the paper work to be able to sell it, however supplies are still very limited and could still take a few months before it is widely available. Adderall is not available in Mexico but you can bring a 90 day supply for the USA or Canada. The most readily available adhd medications are Ritalin, Concerta, and Tradea, they are level 2 controlled substances and therefore require a prescription.
