Ovulation-associated pain in Mexico

Ovulation-associated pain, commonly called mittelschmerz, is abdominal or pelvic discomfort that occurs during the middle of a woman's menstrual cycle when an egg is released from the ovary. The pain is typically mild to moderate and resolves within a few hours to a few days.
