Sheehan's syndrome in Mexico

Sheehan's syndrome is a rare condition caused by severe blood loss during or after childbirth that damages the pituitary gland, leading to hormonal deficiencies. This results in loss of production of multiple hormones including prolactin, growth hormone, and other pituitary hormones.
