Vasomotor rhinitis is a chronic nasal condition characterized by nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing that is triggered by non-allergic factors such as temperature changes, humidity, strong odors, or irritants. It occurs when blood vessels in the nasal passages become overly sensitive and dilate excessively in response to these environmental stimuli.
