Exploratory arthrotomy or foreign body removal (shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle) in Mexico

A surgical procedure in which the joint is opened to explore its interior and remove any foreign objects or debris. This is commonly performed on shoulder, elbow, wrist, and ankle joints when imaging shows the presence of loose bodies or fragments.
