I had lower back pain with inflammation of the muscles that make up the lower back from training incorrectly at the gym. He gave me stretching exercises and treatment with hot compress to relax the muscles. The pain decreased quite a bit (I had already gone a week without being able to move well). He also ruled out possible spine injuries.
