• Appointment remindersAppointment reminders will be sent automatically to the patient 7 days, 24 hours, and 3 hours prior to the start of the appointment. Starter plan: via email only. Basic & Pro: via email and WhatsApp / SMS.

Payments & billing

• Online payment per new patient from NomadocIf a new patient books from Nomadoc, you will receive an appointment request with the cost for that new patient. The cost per new patient varies based on the reason for the visit. At that point you can approve or decline the request.

Marketing

• Online profile to attract international patientsWe give you the option to set up a 10-20 min video call in English to verify your English proficiency — your profile will then be marked as English-speaking verified, helping you stand out to expats and international patients searching for care.
• Automated review requests3 hours after the start of the appointment, an automatic notification will be sent to the patient to rate your service on aspects such as facilities, detailed explanations, empathy, and more. Starter plan: via email. Basic & Pro plan: via WhatsApp / SMS.

• Digital prescriptionsPredefined protocols for common infections, calculate the dose of liquid antibiotics based on predefined protocols, weight and product concentration, generate prednisone tapered calendars in seconds, and download electronically signed prescriptions in PDF format.

• Cancellation fees / non-refundable amountsCustomize your cancellation policy for online payments: set the amount retained and the number of days prior to the appointment before the retention amount begins to apply if the appointment is cancelled.
• Additional costs by day, time, or clinicIf you have offices that charge more rent, you can set different prices for different locations so that patients pay the correct amount up front. You can also program additional costs for late hours, or specific days of the week.

Marketing

You will be able to drag the video around the screen, navigate and resize it so that you can do other tasks such as write prescriptions, lab tests, and chat uninterrupted.
