Hi all, im applying for the Colombian real estate investment visa and for that I need to get health insurance with international coverage for one year including repatriation. Does anyone have any recommendations of companies to use that is quick and easy to set up? Thanks!

Check Genki
Paula Andrea Rojas Marin Agencia de Seguros. Paula will set you up. I used assistcard for a year for that purpose through her. There may be other options now
I love safety wing!
Genki is who I was recommended to use.
I already have safety wing as my insurance but they can only cover 364 days not a full year which is the requirement for the visa…unless someone has used them for applying for a visa without problems?
I used them and just got approved a couple weeks ago. They provide the proper documentation you’ll need. It was very easy.
Great thanks, which visa did you apply for if you don’t mind me asking? (I presume it’s the same requirement for all visas)
Pensioners Visa
How long did it take from submission to approval?
2 or 3 days once they opened it. I think it was 3 days for them to open it, and another 2 or 3 to approve it. Mainly because I messed up a document and it was also a holiday lol, so I definitely could’ve been sooner.
Good to hear, I’m hoping to submit all my documents by the end of next week and they told me I can’t leave the country for 30 days and I want to go to the US on July 22 and I was worried that 30 days could turn into 60 days, but hopefully 30 days is worst case scenario
I’m pretty sure they only have 30 days to get you a decision. I’m 90% sure that’s what I read lol
Yea they only have 30 days. I submitted everything but the background check (it hadn't came in according to the attorney) and they came back with 4 or 5 things that needed to be submitted yet it was only 1, the background check.
Gotcha. I didn’t have any issues like that lol. How many days has it been?
We just submitted early last week but didn't submit the background check bc it wasn't back yet.
