Dra. Paulina Gonzalez is an excellent Dr. by any standard. I first went to her in 2022 when I was suddenly stricken with Bells Palsy and she took amazing care of me. I have seen her since for other things such as prescription refills. She is knowledgeable, kind, professional and is probably in my top 3 doctors all time with me (I'm 58 so thats saying something lol ). Oh and as others mention she speaks excellent English. I would highly recommend her to anyone! I should also mention she referred me a fantastic physical therapist working in her office FT Munoz who I also highly recommend!

Dra. Paulina González has been one of the most compassionate health professionals I've ever worked with. I came down with food poisoning during my visit in CDMX and I was able to book a visit by the next morning. Her office is situated on the 4th floor, so if you think you might be in the wrong place, you're not. Just sign in on the notebook and make your way up the elevator. You're promptly greeted upon arrival, and there was no wait for me to see her. She'll ask questions about your situation and conduct next steps. For my situation, I was still sick a few days later, so I followed up with her and she was able to administer an IV for me for rehydration, write prescriptions, send off samples to labs (with results within 24 hours), and generally, just check in on me every day on my progress. She provides better care than what I receive in the United States hands down. I would absolutely visit her again should I come down with any issues on my future visits. Her costs are very fair and she provides all the documents you'd need to follow up with your insurance afterwards. If you're in need of healthcare and looking for an English speaking doctor in CDMX, Dra. Paulina González is exactly who you need.

Dr. Paulina is amazing! While visiting Mexico City, my daughter got sick. Even though her office was closed, Dr. Paulina came in on a Saturday just to see her. She took the time to thoroughly assess my daughter, explained several treatment options and made sure we understood each one. She even followed up the next day to see how my daughter was doing. I saw Dr. Paulina when I was visiting Mexico City for the weekend. I was able to easily book an appointment online the same day and her office was easy to find. She saw me right away and was very welcoming and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained her treatment plan very clearly and answered any questions I had. I felt very taken care of especially for being away from home! She provided me a detailed receipt for travel insurance purposes and was accessible via text for follow up questions. I wish Dr Paulina was my regular doctor. I had a terrible headache, earache, and was feeling lethargic so I looked for a doctor near our hotel. I was able to get in to see Dr Paulina within 30 minutes of my call to her office. Once there, I spent no time waiting for her, she spent time to get important information and thoroughly examined me. She then explained each step of the treatment plan making sure I understood. Her English was excellent so we were able to communicate easily and her beside manner put me at ease. Finally, she encouraged me to unhesitatingly call on her WhatsApp. All this for the price of a nice meal in the area.
