I find it disrespectful that they abuse other people's time. My appointment was at 5:30 and it was 5:50 and they were barely seeing a girl who was before me and had her appointment at 5. The girl waited 1 hour for her appointment and I had to leave because I wasn't going to wait more than 40 minutes to be attended to.
