Hello, I am Dr. Eduardo Bartolomé Hernández Cruz. Since I trained as a vascular and endovascular surgeon at the National Medical Center 20 de Noviembre of ISSSTE, I have dedicated my medical practice to caring for my patients' vascular health with sensitivity and professionalism.
I specialize in minimally invasive treatments for venous diseases — such as varicose veins or venous insufficiency — and for arterial diseases — such as diabetic foot, peripheral arteriopathy, aneurysms, or arteriovenous malformations.
I firmly believe that each person is unique and deserves to be treated with respect, clarity, and commitment. Therefore, beyond diagnosis and procedure, my goal is to calmly explain how your vascular system works, what options you have, and accompany you at every step of the treatment.
