"I had an excellent experience — that went above and beyond the very good medical care and follow up. Including conducting all communications in excellent English. I went to Dr Garcia for an (ostensibly) sprained wrist. He examined me and scheduled an MRI—he also cautioned that my blood pressure was elevated, and suggested also scheduling an EKG. I complained of chest congestion and occasional wheezing, so despite being orthopedic he agreed to prescribe and read a chest X-ray. I then discovered that things— direct communication with lab rather than giving me the prescription, etc— are done very differently here in CDMX. And I found the process, understanding & scheduling, beyond my ‘Spanish level.’ So, Dr Garcia graciously and efficiently stepped in to help: he connected me to an English speaker at Chopo, Jorge Garcia, the designated test facility, who helped me schedule, clarified the process, applied my doctor’s discount to the fees and was very gracious and highly competent! In turn Dr Garcia answered my more-than-a-few-questions and generally made sure I was confident and knowledgeable about proceeding. MRI revealed I had a wrist fracture sometime ago (surprise) and Dr Garcia reacted immediately and prescriptively to the results—scheduling a follow up X-ray, prescribing wrist support and scheduling an office visit. The care was/is top/notch. Highly recommend."

"I have been seeing Dra Andrea every 3 months since I first came to Mexico City a year ago. She has been an amazing resource for me on my journey to clear skin. She is knowledgeable and friendly and makes me feel supported and heard during our visits. She meets me where I'm at and doesn't push any products or routines on me that I truly don't need. She encourages a less is more approach. "

"Hard to locate/confusing access but once I was in it went well. She looked at some previous tests and is prescribing labs to complement that, which I appreciate. She also prescribed some meds to manage symptoms in the meantime. I also appreciate that an in clinic followup is not exactly required. We can maybe do it virtually which I appreciate because it's not very easy to access from where I live. "

"Great experience after not seeing a dentist in more years than I’d like to admit. Having had a traumatic experience when I was young, I refrained from seeing dentists for many many years. Jorge offered a very welcoming environment, explained everything being done and was a pain free cleaning. Would highly recommend! "

"Dra. Barrera was a wonderful doctor. She really took the time to here about my history with allergies and offered her perspective. She also did a brief exam prior to recommending some nasal wash and spray for me and writing a request for bloodwork. I am very confident that when the results arrive, she’ll create a targeted game plan. "
